Hanuman Jayanti Puja auspicious time

The auspicious time for worshiping Hanuman ji will be from 9.03 am to 10.41 am on 23rd April. Brahma Muhurta will be from 4:20 am to 05:04 am on 23rd April. Taking bath in this auspicious time is considered very auspicious. On the day of Hanuman Jayanti, Abhijeet Muhurta will be from 11:53 am to 12:46 pm.

Hanuman puja method

Those who are fasting on the occasion of Hanuman Jayanti will have to observe celibacy for the whole day. On this day, wake up in the morning at Brahma Muhurta and remember Lord Shri Ram, Mother Sita and Hanumanji and take a pledge to fast. Install the idol of Hanuman ji at the place of worship in the house and worship it properly. Get Hanuman ji bathed with pure water. Then offer abir, gulal, sandalwood and rice along with vermilion and silver work, after this offer fragrant flowers and flower garlands, and offer coconut. Then apply kewra or other fragrant perfume. Write Shri Ram with sandalwood on the chest area of Hanuman ji idol i.e. the heart area. Similarly, whatever you want to offer should be offered to Hanuman ji with devotion. After worshiping Hanuman ji, recite Chalisa or Sunderkand. If you can’t do it then just chant the name of Shri Ram. In the end, perform Aarti by offering Naivedya to Hanuman ji and distribute Prasad among the people.
